Shipping policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We have a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Central Time – Chicago) will begin processing the same day. All products go through a short processing period before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. This means you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding in the event of a delay and aim to keep any delays to an absolute minimum.

Shipping Service

We work with reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your order safely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive real-time tracking information, allowing you to easily follow your package throughout its journey.

Extras

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we offer several shipping benefits. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. You may also have the option to select insured shipping with priority handling for a small additional fee, giving your order extra protection and care throughout the delivery process.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you can follow its progress from dispatch until it arrives at your delivery address.
