Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
Day: calendar day;
Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time;
Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction;
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance;
Distance contract: a contract concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling, using one or more means of distance communication;
Means of distance communication: any means used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together;
General Terms and Conditions: the present Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be reviewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the terms may be provided digitally in such a way that they can be stored on a durable data carrier.
If additional product or service conditions apply, the most favorable provision for the consumer will prevail in case of conflict.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains valid and will be replaced by a provision reflecting the original intent.
Situations not covered will be interpreted in the spirit of these terms.
Article 3 – The Offer
Offers with limited validity or conditions will be clearly stated.
The offer is non-binding and may be adjusted.
Descriptions of products/services are accurate and detailed. Images are representative, but minor errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Prices exclude import duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer.
The offer includes clear information about:
- price (excluding import costs/VAT)
- shipping costs
- how the contract is concluded
- right of withdrawal
- payment, delivery, execution
- acceptance period
- communication costs (if different from standard rates)
- whether the contract is archived
- data correction options
- available languages
- codes of conduct
- minimum duration (if applicable)
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer and compliance with conditions.
Electronic acceptance will be confirmed immediately.
Secure systems will be used for online transactions.
The entrepreneur may verify the consumer’s ability to pay and refuse orders if necessary.
The consumer will receive key information including:
- business contact address
- withdrawal conditions
- warranty info
- termination requirements
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel purchases within 30 days without giving a reason.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 30 days and return the product within 30 days after notification.
Proof of return shipment is required.
If not returned in time, the purchase becomes final.
Article 6 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receiving the return or proof of return.
Article 7 – Exclusion of Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:
- custom-made products
- personal items
- perishable goods
- sealed hygiene products
- opened software/audio/video
- newspapers/magazines
Also excluded for services like:
- accommodation, transport, leisure (date-specific)
- services started with consent
- betting/lotteries
Article 8 – Prices
Prices will not increase during the validity period, except for VAT changes.
Variable pricing may apply for market-dependent products.
No VAT is charged by the entrepreneur; import VAT is collected by courier services.
Typographical errors are not binding.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
Warranty does not affect legal consumer rights.
Defects must be reported within 30 days.
Warranty is void if:
- product is modified/repaired by consumer
- misuse or improper handling
- government regulations affect materials
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders will be processed within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
Delays will be communicated.
Consumers may cancel and receive a refund if delivery fails.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions
Consumers may terminate ongoing contracts with max 1-month notice.
Automatic renewal rules apply depending on contract type.
Contracts longer than one year may be terminated after one year.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers must report payment errors immediately.
Late payments may incur costs.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days.
Responses will be given within 30 days.
Unresolved complaints may lead to disputes.
Article 15 – Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements, even for international customers.
Article 16 – CESOP
Due to EU regulations from 2024, payment providers may register transaction data in the European CESOP system.
